«Poalet de versos» is the children's poetry book by Maria Dolors Pellicer, with drawings by Alba Fluixà, published by Edicions Bromera in paperback (64 pages).
Written in Catalan, the poetry book opens with a childhood memory: summer and the sea. Its verses celebrate the happiness of long days by the coast and connect the life experience of several generations around a shared experience: the sea. Alba Fluixà's illustrations reinforce the fun and emotional tone of the poems.
Published in 2020, it belongs to the El Micalet Galàctic collection (no. 239). Award-winning work with the Premi de la Crítica dels Escriptors Valencians 2021 in the children's literature category.
Aimed at young readers and families who want to share poetry in Catalan.
