«Politique en stock» is the humorous graphic novel by Albert Algoud and Gervais, published by Editions Fetjaine in paperback (55 pages, in French).
The work poses a satirical game: imagining which comic character each French politician would be. Albert Algoud writes and Gervais draws a gallery of caricatures where Sarkozy resembles Astérix without magic potion, Bachelot evokes the Castafiore, Royal looks like a Princess Cellulite and Bayrou recalls Mickey.
It belongs to the «Hors collection» series from Editions Fetjaine and was published on September 24, 2009.
For readers who enjoy political satire and French graphic humor, especially if they know the protagonists of French politics.
Albert Algoud is a French humorist known for his sketches on several Canal+ programs and on the radio. He has also published books on Tintin.
