Dive into 'Popcorn' by Ben Elton, a devastating and funny novel that takes you to a seedy motel in California, where two hitmen cross paths with the television image of an Oscar-winning Hollywood director. The plot, a literary translation of the films of the Cohen brothers and Quentin Tarantino, offers hilarious dialogues and violence with a humorous touch that enhances the horror, inviting reflection on the most absurd aspects of modernity. A fun satire that, at the same time, becomes an exciting thriller.
