«Pubis de vello rojo» is the erotic novel by José Luis Muñoz, published by Tusquets Editores S.A. in paperback (248 pages, in Spanish).
It fuses eroticism with crime fiction in the Barcelona underworld. A redhead who works as a prostitute crosses paths with a bitter man who, after a crime and a betrayal, wanders trying to forget the woman he loved. Both enter a spiral of encounters and missed connections where fate blends past and present, pleasure and pain.
The novel won the XII La Sonrisa Vertical Prize in January 1990 and is number 66 in the collection of the same name.
For adult readers of erotic and crime fiction, with an urban atmosphere and marginal characters.
