«¿Que me queres, amor?» is the short story collection by Manuel Rivas, published by La Voz de Galicia in paperback (200 pages, in Galician).
The sixteen stories by Manuel Rivas rescue humble people and the greatness of small things, in a Galicia crossed by time and dreams. With a lyrical prose, at once hard and delicate, the work includes the tales that inspired the movie A lingua das bolboretas.
«¿Que me queres, amor?» was awarded the Torrente Ballester Prize in 1995 and the National Narrative Prize in 1996.
For an audience interested in contemporary literary short fiction and Galician narrative; also for followers of the movie A lingua das bolboretas.
