«Quérote. Canto» is a poetry book by Baldo Ramos and Eva Veiga, published by Editorial Galaxia in paperback (204 pages, in Galician).
Poems born from a shared space: silence. Baldo Ramos and Eva Veiga went into the monastery of Oseira and wrote without sharing what they thought; their voices flow into a text-book where individual authorship dissolves and only resonance and confluence matter. Poetry is thus a common territory that links solitudes.
The book belongs to the Dombate collection (Poetry), number 91, and won the Losada Diéguez Prize for literary creation in 2021.
A book for readers of Galician poetry and for those seeking a work written by four hands about silence and shared creation.
