«Qu'importe la lune quand on a les étoiles» is a novel by Marie Dô, published by France Loisirs in paperback (221 pages, in French).

The novel tells of the friendship between Salma, a Tunisian, and Marie, a French woman, from their adolescence in the Paris suburbs. Twenty years later they meet again in Tunisia and try to recover their bond. Amid nostalgia, cultural differences and pride, the two women rediscover each other, heal wounds and unite East and West.
