«Rant: La vida d'un assassí en sèrie» is the novel by Chuck Palahniuk, published by Editorial Empúries in paperback (312 pages, in Catalan).
The novel reconstructs, through an oral biography, the life of Buster Casey, a rebellious young man who becomes an effective serial killer. From anecdotes and testimonies of those who knew him, the work combines black humor, narrative tension and irreverence to portray the grotesque side of life and the marginal world.
It appeared in 2007 in the Narrativa collection, translated by Jordi Cussà Balaguer.
For readers of contemporary fiction with black humor and transgressive stories.
