Inspirado en la técnica de *blackout poetry*, un colectivo de poetas e ilustradores liderado por Viton Araújo y Diego Tórgo aplicó el infame lápiz azul sobre las palabras de la Constitución fascista de 1933 hasta que de ella se alzaron, solo, poemas e ilustraciones exaltando los valores de Abril: humanidad, libertad, justicia, igualdad. En el año en que se celebran 48 años sobre el 25 de Abril y en que los días pasados en democracia superan, finalmente, los días sufridos bajo el yugo del fascismo, *Reconstituição* se asume como un ejercicio de libertad poética que celebra un sueño y construye un futuro: el de la libertad. Un proyecto artístico y político que deconstruye la constitución fascista de 1933, distorsionando y subvirtiendo sus palabras, imprimiéndole la misma censura que el Estado Novo ejerció sobre las libertades de los ciudadanos portugueses, hasta restar solo el mensaje de Abril.
