«Sala de conflictes» is the young adult adventure novel by Jordi Sierra i Fabra, published by Baula in 2009 (paperback, 176 pages, in Catalan).
Thirty students take part in a school mediation session: three form the panel that intervenes between two boys over a broken cell phone. With no adults present, each person involved gives their version, and tensions, humiliations and fears come to light; the truth ultimately prevails.
Part of the children's and young adult collection La Llum del Far, from Edicions Baula, in its volume 74.
Recommended for child and young adult readers who enjoy adventure stories and school conflicts resolved through dialogue.
