«Seguir sin ti» is the novel by Jorge Bucay and Silvia Salinas, published by RBA Libros in paperback (240 pages, in Spanish).
Irene, a couples therapist, sees her life begin to crumble when she finds a hotel receipt in the pocket of her husband's jacket. That discovery forces her to go through the process she herself guides her patients through: accepting the breakup, rebuilding herself, and opening up to love again. The work combines fiction with self-help reflections on separation and choice in relationships.
