«Shutter Island» is the crime novel by Dennis Lehane, published by RBA Libros in paperback (400 pages, in Spanish).
Federal agent Teddy Daniels and his partner Chuck Aule investigate the escape of a dangerous killer from Ashecliffe Hospital, a penitentiary for the mentally ill. Routine turns into an obsessive investigation: the hospital's secrets and the echoes of the Cold War drag Daniels into a nightmare where nothing is what it seems.
This edition is from 2015, part of the Biblioteca Dennis Lehane collection, with a translation from English by Maria Monserrat Via Giménez. The work was originally published in English in 2003.
