«Silvas americanas y otros poemas» is Andrés Bello's poetry collection, published by Ramón Sopena in paperback (204 pages, in Spanish).
The book brings together Andrés Bello's two American silvas, extensive poems in which the author urges poetry to leave Europe and focus on America, a young land in constant growth that needs to be sung and described. A figurative call to the muses to illuminate the poetic path of the American continent.
Published in 1978, it is part of the Biblioteca Sopena collection, number 731, and was printed in Barcelona.
For those who enjoy classical Spanish-language poetry and Hispanic American literature.
