In the year 2599, humanity faces a resource crisis, and the only solution for survival is the terraforming of Mars. To achieve this, modified cockroaches were introduced to the red planet, but the plan takes an unexpected turn when they evolve aggressively. A team of fifteen genetically enhanced young people is sent to Mars on the 'Bugs 2' spacecraft with the mission to exterminate these creatures, unaware that they are facing a threat far greater than they imagined. This science fiction and action work, created by Yū Sasuga and illustrated by Ken-ichi Tachibana, is an intense seinen manga that explores themes of survival, evolution, and space horror.
