Biff, Chip, Kipper and their friends are older when they buy a strange box that a stranger tries to take from them. The school janitor, Mr Mortlock, intervenes and they all cross a door into the Time Vault, where they discover they must stop the Virans from altering the course of history.

It is suitable for elementary school readers who have moved beyond the early Biff, Chip and Kipper stories and are looking for longer reads in English.
