«Tiempo de ahora» is a poetry collection by Juan Ignacio Ferreras, published by Ediciones Endymion in paperback (99 pages, in Spanish).
Ferreras proposes conceptual poetry, without meter or rhyme, bare in the purity of thought. The book demands a double reading, that of words and that of ideas, and traverses the history of humanity from its origins, in the lyrical tradition from Jorge Manrique to Quevedo.
The edition includes a preliminary study by Arturo del Villar and was published in Madrid in 2004.
For poetry readers seeking a work of slow reading and reflective engagement.
Spanish writer and sociologist (1929–2014)
