«Tiens bon, Cendrillon!» is the children's story by Alexandre Jardin and Hervé Le Goff, published by Hachette Jeunesse in hardcover (26 pages, in French).
A fun children's version of the Cinderella classic: the tale encourages the heroine not to give up and shows a night scene with pumpkins and a castle in the background. The cartoon-style illustrations reinforce the story's cheerful tone.
Published in 2015 in the 'Entre dans le conte' collection by Hachette Jeunesse. Text in French.
For young readers approaching classic tales and for those who enjoy illustrated versions with humor.
Alexandre Jardin is a French writer, film director and winner of the Prix Femina, 1988, for Le Zèbre.
