«Tirar al vuelo» is the crime novel by Julián Ibáñez, published by Júcar in 1986 in paperback (208 pages, in Spanish).
Novoa turns the disappearance of a forgotten trench coat from a coat rack into his main obsession, while the theft of the payroll money or the third volume of the accounts barely disturbs him. Around him move a devout woman with a double life, a frigate captain of several registers, and a policeman who hides his surveillance behind a drunken stupor.
The work belongs to Júcar's Etiqueta Negra collection, where it was published as number 20.
For readers of crime and detective fiction, especially those seeking Spanish titles from the 1980s with a suspenseful atmosphere.
