«Tomás y la goma mágica» is the children's novel by Ricardo Alcántara Sgarbi, published by Edelvives in paperback (47 pages, in Spanish).
Tomás, a wooden doll, responds with tantrums that his friends, the ball, the train and the doll, have to put up with. When he finds a magic eraser capable of making what he dislikes disappear, he thinks of using it against his friends' quirks; in the end he understands that what he must erase is his own anger.
The book, published in 2004, is volume 30 of the Ala Delta collection - Red series and features illustrations by Gusti.
For early readers, it serves to talk about anger, emotions and friendship at home or in the classroom.
