«Ton i Guida» is the children's adaptation of the Brothers Grimm tale, published by Cruïlla in paperback (16 pages, in Catalan).
Two siblings, Ton and Guida, live in poverty with their father and a cruel stepmother. Forced by her, the father abandons them in the forest. Lost, the children find a house made of chocolate and candy where a witch lives: she locks them up and wants to devour Ton. The story tells of their struggle to escape the witch and return home to their father.

Jacob Ludwig Karl Grimm, also known as Ludwig Karl, was a German author, linguist, philologist, jurist, and folklorist. He formulated Grimm's law of linguistics, and was the co-author of the Deutsches Wörterbuch, the author of Deutsche Mythologie, and the editor of Grimms' Fairy Tales. He was the older brother of Wilhelm Grimm; together, they were the literary duo known as the Brothers Grimm.
