«Torna aviat, dolçor meva» is the children's picture book by Michel Piquemal, published by Edicions Baula in paperback (32 pages, in Catalan).
In this book, Hadiya returns to her home country and is welcomed by her grandmother Zhora with kisses, hugs and tender words whispered in her ear. The text recreates those affectionate terms —«dolçor meva», «mel meva», «perla meva»— and celebrates the reunion between a granddaughter and her grandmother.
The book belongs to the Tres Cultures collection from Edicions Baula. The illustrations are by Élodie Nouhen and the cover includes the title also in Arabic.
For early readers and for those looking for a book in Catalan about the affection between a grandmother and her granddaughter.
