Synopsis of Traidor, inconfeso y mártir
Traidor, inconfeso y mártir es un drama histórico en tres actos escrito por José Zorrilla. Esta edición, publicada en 1993 por Teatro Español, presenta una versión adaptada por José María Rincón y un prólogo de Gustavo Pérez Puig. La obra, ambientada en el siglo XVI, narra la historia de Gabriel de Espinosa, un repostero de Madrigal que se hace pasar por el rey Sebastián de Portugal, quien se creía muerto en la batalla de Alcazarquivir. La trama está llena de intrigas, amor y traición, culminando en un trágico final para el protagonista.
