The first two novels in her Shopaholic series, The Secret Dreamworld of a Shopaholic (2000) and Shopaholic Abroad (2001), were adapted into the film Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009). Her 2003 standalone novel Can You Keep a Secret? was adapted into a film of the same name in 2019.
