«Tu che mi ascolti» is the autobiographical novel by Alberto Bevilacqua, published by Mondadori in 2004, with 219 pages and text in Italian.
Alberto Bevilacqua addresses his deceased mother and reconstructs the life they shared: the complicity, growing up in a poor Parma oppressed by the dictatorship, her depression, and the clinical admissions she suffered. After her death, the dialogue continues through memories and confidences.
The work belongs to the «Scrittori italiani e stranieri» collection by Mondadori and continues the dialogue with the mother begun in «Lettera alla madre sulla felicità».

Alberto Bevilacqua was an Italian writer and filmmaker. Leonardo Sciascia, an Italian writer and politician, who read Bevilacqua's first collection of stories, The Dust on the Grass (1955), was impressed and published it. Mario Colombi Guidotti, responsible for the literary supplement of the Journal of Parma, began to publish his stories in the early 1950s.
