«Tutankamon. El descobriment de la tomba» is the historical novel by Maria Carme Roca, published by Barcanova in paperback (192 pages, in Catalan).
The narrative alternates between two eras: the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb by Howard Carter in 1922 in the Valley of the Kings and the reign of that pharaoh in the 18th dynasty. Upon opening the sealed chamber, Carter confirmed the royal sarcophagus; it was the first complete funerary assemblage found unlooted, and the news went around the world.
The publication date is March 17, 2022.
