«Un amigo excepcional» is David Walliams's humorous children's novel, published by Montena in hardcover (288 pages, in Spanish).
Chloe meets Mr. Stink, a tramp with a scruffy appearance and a strong smell, but friendly and polite. She decides to help him because he is the only person who has been kind to her. Although her dog Duchess looks like a street rat, Mr. Stink has fascinating stories to tell, and Chloe loves listening to stories.
The work belongs to the collection «La increíble historia de...», within the David Walliams Collection, translated by Rita da Costa García.
Recommended for young readers aged 9 to 12, with humor and eccentric characters.
