«Un año junto al mar» is the self-help book by Joan Anderson, published by RBA Coleccionables in hardcover (224 pages, in Spanish).
The author recalls the moment her husband tells her about a work relocation and she decides not to accompany him, settling on the coast instead. There, far from the city and her obligations, she gives herself over to a time of solitude, calm and meditation, while contact with nature helps her regain self-confidence and reconnect with herself.
The Spanish edition was published on April 4, 2006.
For readers of self-help and personal growth stories, in which nature and solitude are the setting for change.
