«Un dios ciego» is the crime novel by Javier Sagastiberri, published by Erein Argitaletxea in paperback (232 pages, in Spanish).
A dangerous inmate escapes from Basauri prison and threatens officers Itziar Elcoro and Arantza Rentería over a previous case. Meanwhile, a well-known lawyer dies at the hands of a professional killer. The two plots seem unconnected, but they end up converging in a Bilbao marked by increasingly violent drug gangs.
Third novel in the Itziar Elcoro and Arantza Rentería series. It belongs to Erein's Cosecha roja collection.
For fans of crime fiction and police thrillers set in the Basque Country.
