«Un éléphant pour mes 7 ans» is the children's story by Florence Cadier, illustrated by Ronan Badel, published by Bayard Jeunesse in paperback (in French).
Anna visits the zoo and is fascinated by the elephants; so much so that she decides to ask for one for her seventh birthday. To her surprise, her parents agree, but soon the girl begins to wonder if having an elephant at home might be too complicated. A humorous story about wishes that come true and their consequences.
