«Un jour, une page: Ceci n'est pas (seulement) un journal» is Adam J. Kurtz's activity notebook, published by Marabout in paperback, in French.
The book proposes a creative exercise for each day of the year: writing, drawing, making lists, reflecting or giving thanks on its pages. With a tone between motivation, introspection and humor, it works at once as an intimate diary, activity notebook and blank canvas to step away from screens and create something of one's own.
Work originally published in 2014 as «1 Page at a Time: A Daily Creative Companion»; this French edition from Marabout came out on January 6, 2016 and has 384 pages. It has been published in seven languages.
For anyone wanting a brief creative routine, to disconnect from screens and express themselves with humor or venting.
