«Un yanqui de chiste» is the humor book by Ramón Arangüena, published by Ediciones Martínez Roca in paperback (200 pages, in Spanish).
The author recounts with humor his experiences as an American in Spain: clashes with local customs, wordplay and everyday situations that turn comical. A fun look at what it means to be a guiri in the country.
Subtitled 'Aventuras y desventuras de un guiri en España', it belongs to the Temas de Hoy/Humor collection and includes illustrations by Luis M. Doyague.
For readers looking for costumbrista humor and light chronicles about cultural differences between the United States and Spain.
