«Una noche en vela» is the poetry anthology by poet César Simón, published by Editorial Renacimiento in paperback (184 pages, in Spanish).
César Simón's poetry opens to the emotion and mystery of being, taking refuge in intuition; it avoids anecdote and ornament to listen to the breath of the flesh and the pulse of the universe. This anthology, selected and introduced by Vicente Gallego, condenses the most representative of that naked and contemplative voice.
First edition in 2006. Collection Antologías, number 15, from Editorial Renacimiento.
For readers of contemporary Spanish poetry and for those seeking a gateway to the work of César Simón.
