This book by Albert Noguera Fernández, published by Ediciones Sequitur in 2012, explores the relationship between utopia and constituent power in the context of the neoliberal state. The author analyzes how the conditions for progress generated by reformism in the old Constitutional State, based on three pluralisms, have been eroded and replaced by three monisms in today's society. In this new scenario, the instruments and alternatives that allowed citizens to influence equality from the State have been eliminated.
