«Vida secreta de Jesús» is the essay by Nicolai Notovich, published by Ediciones Obelisco in paperback (114 pages, in Spanish).
The author recounts his journey to India in 1887, where in a Buddhist convent he encounters ancient manuscripts narrating the life of Jesus, called there Issa. From that discovery, he presents an alternative vision to the canonical gospels and traditional narratives about the central figure of Christianity.
A book for those interested in spirituality, the history of Christianity, and heterodox approaches to the figure of Jesus.
