«Viñetas de plata» is the comic by Laura Pérez Vernetti based on poems by Luis Alberto de Cuenca (Reino de Cordelia, hardcover, 120 pages, in Spanish).
Comic adaptation of fifteen poems by Luis Alberto de Cuenca, National Poetry Prize 2016, with illustrations by Laura Pérez Vernetti. The poet appears as a comic character amid homages to Tintin, Flash Gordon and Prince Valiant. The drawing, with an underground, eighties feel close to the clear line style, turns the verses into visual poetry.
Volume 10 of the collection Los tebeos de Cordelia. First edition published in Madrid in 2017.
For readers aged 16 and over who enjoy illustrated poetry, author comics and references to popular culture.
