Vladimir Roubaïev ou les provinces de l'irréel

Synopsis of Vladimir Roubaïev ou les provinces de l'irréel

Vladimir Roubaïev was a man of such great height that he viewed the world from above, a perspective that often seemed strange and bewildering to him. Living for nearly a hundred years in his native Ukraine, he became a legendary figure, remembered for his superhuman feats and a wild nature that connected him to the forces of the land and folklore. Following the success of 'Les Années-sandwiches', writer and journalist Serge Lentz presents a resounding saga of a being as extraordinary as his destiny. From boisterous laughter to the deepest tenderness, Lentz revives the tradition of inspired storytellers whose astonishing characters continue to live in our imaginations long after the final page.
