«Werner: Das Rennen» is the humor comic by Brösel, Winfried Bartnick and Ursula Feldmann, published by Semmel-Verlach in paperback (144 pages, in German).
The comic centers on a race and the outlandish adventures of Werner, a motorbike enthusiast. The tone is zany comedy, with extreme situations, onomatopoeia («BUMP!», «BOFF!») and vivid cartoon artwork, in line with the series' social satire and slapstick humor.
The work bears the subtitle «Der grösste Knaller seit Ben Hur» and was published in 1988.
A work of interest to collectors of European comics and fans of German graphic humor from the 1980s.
