Valèria is in charge of taking the decisive penalty. The pressure and expectation are at their highest, so much so that Valèria imagines things. Every time she is about to kick, she is interrupted: her father gives her advice, her friend wants a selfie, and her teammate thinks he can do it better. Don't they know how stressful it is to take a penalty? This book is a children's play written by Roberto García and illustrated by Miguel Á. Giner Bou, belonging to the Micalet Teatre collection.
Roberto García Gracia is a retired Spanish athlete who competed mostly in the 5000 metres. He finished fourth at the 2002 European Championships in Munich.
