«Yo estaba allí» is a volume of short stories by Corín Tellado, published by Ediciones B in paperback, in Spanish.
The story begins when Jaroslav, after losing the favor of his all-powerful mistress, discovers that someone still trusts him and loves him in silence. That revelation paves the way for a romance plot and the possibility of a new beginning.
The work was originally published in 1968; the present edition is from 2011.
