In the middle of a storm, a small Midwest town is flooded; amid the chaos, the driver of an armored van must guard three million dollars against a gang that will stop at nothing. The chase unfolds through waterlogged streets and overflowing canals, with the water becoming an enemy as lethal as the robbers themselves.
One disc, 93 minutes running time, region 2, original audio in English (Dolby Digital 5.1), Spanish dub and subtitles in Spanish, English and Dutch.
For those seeking an action thriller with constant tension and a natural disaster setting, typical of late-nineties cinema.
