After the Civil War (1861-1865), Captain Porter is assigned to Texas. His wife does not want to accompany him, but he convinces her to go and protect the most needy from the speculations of the rich. One of them, Balfour, buys a batch of grain at public auction, but Porter denies him the protection he requests to move it. Taking advantage of the occasion, bandits attack and set fire to the train car containing the grain. After being admonished by his superiors, the captain sets out to find the culprits. Starring Dolph Lundgren.
