«Viridiana» is the film by Luis Buñuel starring Silvia Pinal, Francisco Rabal and Fernando Rey, on DVD.
Don Jaime, a gentleman retired to his estate since the death of his wife, sees his niece Viridiana arrive, a novice who closely resembles the deceased. Her presence awakens in him a repressed desire that clashes with her religious vocation and triggers a tense drama about morality and social hypocrisy in sixties Spain.
The disc includes subtitles in English and French.
