«A World of Our Own» is the folk album by The Seekers, released by EMI on CD and originally recorded in 1965.
It brings together folk and pop songs performed by the Australian quartet, with Judith Durham's voice and highly polished vocal harmonies at the core. It includes the title track and covers of popular classics of the era, within a sound close to the folk-rock of the sixties.
It is the group's second studio album, and this CD edition is a remastered reissue in mono sound.
Aimed at fans of folk-rock and classic sixties pop, and at collectors of vocal groups such as The Seekers.
