«Concierto para piano en re mayor» is the score for two pianos of Franz Joseph Haydn's concerto, arranged by Rudolph Ganz and published by G. Schirmer.
Haydn's Piano Concerto in D major is a classical work of brilliant character in which the soloist dialogues with the orchestra. In this arrangement for two pianos, the orchestral part is adapted to a second piano, allowing the work to be studied and performed without a symphonic ensemble. The edition brings both parts together in a single volume.
It belongs to the Schirmer's Library of Musical Classics collection (vol. 1700), with arrangement by Rudolph Ganz and text in English.
Aimed at pianists and students who want to work on the classical concerto repertoire with a second piano instead of an orchestra.
