«Decksandrumsandrockandroll» is the debut album by British group Propellerheads, released in 1998 by Wall Of Sound on CD.
The record blends electronic, big beat and breakbeat, with nods to spy movies. The sound relies on samplers, synthesizers and driving rhythms; standout tracks include 'Take California', 'History Repeating', with Shirley Bassey, and 'Spybreak!'.
It is a single CD; the European edition, catalogue number WALL CD 015, includes 13 tracks on its back cover.
For fans of big beat and British electronic music of the nineties, with echoes of The Chemical Brothers and spy movies.
