«Eight Arms to Hold You» is the album by Veruca Salt, released in 1997 on Outpost Recordings, on CD.
The album's sound is more polished than the group's earlier work, but retains the energy that characterizes Veruca Salt. The song «Volcano Girls» is the most recognizable; «With David Bowie» and «Venus Man Trap» complete a varied record.
The album includes 14 songs; production was handled by Bob Rock and mixing by Randy Staub.
For nostalgics of nineties alternative rock and for Veruca Salt fans.
