«Fossil» is the self-titled album by alternative rock band Fossil, released in 1995 by Warner/Reprise/Maverick on CD.
The album moves between alternative rock and melodic pop rock, with prominent guitars, catchy choruses and a feel close to The Cardigans. It includes songs like «Tethered», «Fiancée» and «You».
CD with 14 tracks, produced by Ivan Ivas and Bob O'Gureck and recorded at Waterfront Studios (Hoboken, NJ) and Sorcerer Sound.
For fans of melodic 90s pop rock, close to The Cardigans but with more guitar presence.
