«Hola» is the album by El Langui, released in 2015 by Rosevil, on CD.
«Hola» mixes hip hop with pop, funk, flamenco, twist and reggae, and its lyrics address everyday life, childhood, the neighborhood and family in a close tone. Among the songs, the title track, «Padre e hijo», recorded with Hugo Montilla, El Langui's son, and «Cliente muerto», with Andrés Calamaro, stand out.
It is El Langui's first solo work after three albums with La Excepción. The CD includes seventeen songs and collaborations by Hate, Swan Fyahbwoy, Gordo Master, Capaz and Mikki Nilsen.
For fans of Spanish-language hip hop and of El Langui, especially those who enjoy personal-toned rap that opens up to pop, funk and flamenco.
