«Kid A» is the Radiohead album on double CD, collector's edition released in 2009 by EMI.
The original 2000 album marked Radiohead's shift towards electronics and experimentation, with abstract lyrics and a sound far from guitar rock. The 2009 collector's edition adds a second CD with BBC sessions and live performances, including tracks like «Everything In Its Right Place», «Idioteque» and «How To Disappear Completely».
The original 2000 album won the Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album; the catalogue number of the 2009 edition is RHEADCD 4.
For Radiohead collectors and experimental rock listeners who want the live versions and BBC sessions.
