«Loneliness and Mournful Lights» is the album by Spanish band A Tempered Heart, released in 2014 by Art Gates Records on CD.
It is a gothic/doom metal album with dark atmospheres, industrial passages and lyrics about loneliness and introspection. The instrumentation combines density and more ethereal moments. The cover, with a human figure among light particles, bare trees and birds, reinforces that somber mood.
The original Spanish edition, with catalogue number AGR118, came out on August 4, 2014; the songs are sung in English.
For listeners of gothic metal, doom metal and industrial who want to discover Spanish bands.
